  1. Teresa doesn’t seem to think that the atheist community is so bad, that we need atheism+ to protect women from droves of mysogynistic atheists. Matt Dillahunty seems to hold that opinion.

    Atheism+ is a stupid concept in my opinion. I’m all for equality and womens rights, but why the hell should that be bundled in with atheism ? It’s like saying lets have Non Racism + where non racists can discuss racism and feminism. Seriously ! Lets keep these important issues seperate.

  4. It was very moving for me to be at the conference when Teresa came out, and I support her excellent efforts at public image. She brings up an excellent point about how her husband is treated. One of the most important things that we, non-believers, can do is to treat our religious neighbors better than they, usually, treat us.
