‘Project 2026′ to Fight the Gay-Muslim-Atheist Alliance Destroying America

American Family Association spokesman Bryan Fischer spoke yesterday with fellow AFA radio host Alex McFarland about Project 2026, which McFarland explained is a long-term initiative to save America from annihilation at the hands of “the four groups that are actively working to secularize and destroy America: humanists; atheists; militant homosexuals; and Muslims.”

McFarland: There is a remnant, there is hope, there are still some people who know how to pray and call on Heaven but we are right now ripe for either a manifestation of God’s judgment or God’s mercy.

Fischer: Alex, you’ve got Project 2026, I want you to talk a little bit about Project 2026 because in this project you’re not just talking about what’s going on in 2013, you’re looking ahead, a forward view. 2026 is going to be the 250th anniversary of our founding, what is Project 2026 all about?

McFarland: It’s a response, it’s a fifteen year program and we are beginning to get a lot of momentum, it’s a fifteen year program to re-remind our culture about some things that are core that I believe without the rediscovery and reaffirmation of these things we’re going to lose democracy: God; life; morality; family; freedom of religion; American exclusivism, not that we’re better or deserve better but we are unique on the stage of human history. The thing that prompted me Bryan is the four groups that are actively working to secularize and destroy America: humanists; atheists; militant homosexuals; and Muslims. All four of these groups got major momentum beginning in the ’60s and ’70s but they dug in their heels and they said: ‘we’re going to work forty years and we’re going to mainstream atheism; we’re going to mainstream militant homosexuality; dare we say it we’re going to see gay marriage legitimized.’ Why can’t God’s people dig in their heels and say: ‘we’re in it for the duration and America will not die on our watch.’

  1. I would like to know when exactly these four allies got together to agree and plan strategy? What was served as refreshment strong ale and bacon sandwiches? Were the gays allowed to shake hands with the muslims? Were the humanist girls provocatively dressed as western prostitutes? Were the atheists expected to join the prayer before the meeting? What a load of bollocks!

That’s what I thought but when I read the article I couldn’t find anything about an alliance. That’s just in the heading someone chose.

Summer; 1960. A dimly-lit basement in Bloomsbury, London. Bertrand Russell walked into the room. You’re early, he said to a man in the corner. Bertrand, he said. Malcom, replied the other man. Maclom X, I’ve heard everything about you. We don’t have time, said X. This is Quintin, X continued, introducing a man with a large hat reclining on a sofa. O hello there, said Quintin Crisp, extending a delicate hand. We meet again, he said, rising slightly off the sofa before assuming his previous position. Again, asked Bertrand, confused. Where’s the fourth man, X said, furrowing his brow in irritation at the others. Betrand looked around the room. There’s a fourth? he asked. Sorry I’m late, said a man with wispy-white hair and unruly mustache as he walked into the room, breathless. My sense of space and time isn’t what it used to be, the latecomer said in entreaty. Gentlemen, gentlemen, seats, barked X. They sat. The meeting began. So, where were we…ah, yes..about Project 2013…

  2. This is what Christianity does, and has always done, demonize, ostracise, whip up the crowd and eradicate any and all that challenge their dogma!

It would be hilarious, if it was not for the fact that there would be some in the audience that will be nodding their empty heads enthusiastically, and checking their guns!

  3. I’ll bet that the union of black Nebraskan left-handed bald transexual telephone hygienists aren’t going to be happy about being left out of the dscussion. I dread to think how many dirty telephones there are going to be in Nebraska.

  4. The pure paranoia on display here would surprise me, if it was possible for me to be surprised by christian nutjobs anymore. America is going to end if gay marriage is allowed? These ignorant crotch stains wouldn’t know a non-sequitur if it bit them on the arse. And that wonderful moral capital (I have no idea what “spiritual capital” is) that America had in the good old days? Was that before or after slavery was abolished? Before or after the Native American genocide? Before or after the internment of Japanese Americans in camps during WWII? Before or after McCarthyism? As I’ve said before: Chistians, eh? Can’t live with ‘em, can’t drown ‘em in a pit filled with maggots and diarrhea.

Yeah! … and the Muslims are in on this – promoting atheism and gay marriage!

Obviously the blinkered perception of “faith-thought” bigots – Minds as sharp as sausage rolls!

Why can’t God’s people dig in their heels and say: ‘we’re in it for the duration and America will not die on our watch.’

Why not? The “God’s people” he is talking about are brain-dead already, and only concerned about the duration of a fantasy eternity, after they are also physically dead!

  6. The combined effect of all of these groups is tiny compared to the fundamentalist Christians who are working to destroy the secular United States, the one that actually exists, the one mentioned in the Treaty of Tripoli, the one founded by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and all the other ‘founding fathers’ of your great country.

There is a greater enemy inside your country now than many of the external enemies you have previously faced. It has already co-opted one of your major political parties. Bryan Fischer knows this very well, as he is part of it.

  7. “When not traveling and speaking, Alex spends as much time as possible working on his farm, driving a 1952 Ford tractor.” bio

Aw, he’s alright then. Everybody’s got their cross to bear, and having to live as an equal to homosexuals, Muslims, atheists and humanists is no doubt a very heavy one. The KKK have crumbled under it. But Alex seems like he’s made of sterner stuff -Ford tough.

  8. It’s quite amazing the insight these people have into the mind of God. He hates gays and loves America. Do these guys never eat a prawn sandwich as forbidden by Levitucus, the same section that hates homosexuality?

Anyway I think they’re backing the wrong God. Now I know that Eric Clapton is God because it was revealed to me written on a brick wall underneath a railway bridge in London. Such revelation cannot be ignored !

    Now hymn number 42

    “I shot the sheriff

    But I didn’t shoot the deputy…….”.

    Yee Haa!
