The third annual event for headteachers and senior managers from science colleges; and subject leaders and science practitioners from affiliated schools. It was attended by 250 delegates from schools around the country and received excellent evaluations.
Professor Richard Dawkins spoke about the need to teach young people to think, so that they are able to form their own opinions about issues, illustrating his argument using the examples of creationism and religion.
