I was going to say that. A great intro. Another great video. After watching all these videos I think I could do a reading and Q&A lol.

I was going to say the exact opposite. I thought the Darwinian and moral zeitgeist explanation was very good. It was clear and persuasive, and made sure to explain Darwinism beyond the naive "Do whatever you want to pass on your genes" understanding of it.

Norm,
There's a great plugin for quicktime that handles .flv files and many other video formats within the Quicktime player. You can find it here: http://perian.org/

avatarI have just returned here to listen once again to David Cowen's superb intro - a classic IMHO and I hope that recent newcomers will notice this flag and watch.

avatarAnyone else bothered by the fact that there's a chunk missing between part 1 and part 2? Part 1 ends abruptly in the middle of a discussion of the Old Testament, and part 2 starts in the middle of a Q+A session.

Anyone have the missing part, in either video or audio form?

 avatarLoved the whole thing.
And how nice to see the Fettucini lady at the end of the reading - one of the Spaghetti Flying Monster theists, I presume...
