Brian (the dog) falls in love with a woman when they both reach for the last copy of "The God Delusion" at the local book store. He lets her take it and she promises to mail it to him when she's done reading it. She does, but Brian doesn't know the book has arrived for over a week because Peter was using the book as a hat weight (to keep his hat, that he never wears, from flying out the window).
