Dawkins argues that his book, The Greatest Show on Earth, isn't 'a crushing blow' against creationism and he maintains that it is a positive book.
However, he does talk about 'the beguiling allure of design', arguing that the beauty in life need not have been created and that "there are imperfections as well."
Dawkins describes that he sees history, rather than the hand of a creator, in the body of an animal, and he points out that there is often a lack of evidence of organised 'design' in many creatures.
In some ways, he provides the evidence for evolution and defends it as well, and says that he wants to make sure people are not deprived of that.
