I've come to notice that many of the discussions here focus on he Big 3 Religions, Christianity, Judaism and Islam. So I'm curious about you views on what I consider a very controversial religion, Scientology.

I know their origin story is hilarious and it's hard not to laugh at them but I worry about all the serious crimes that go on with this "church".

There have been numerous deaths of members of the church, some at the hands of the "church" and murders committed by members taken off their anti-psychotics. The cases of fraud and abuse. The threats made to people who've left the "church" and those outsiders who are critical of it.

I find their attacks on Psychiatry and the idea that you can treat mental illness with vitamins and minerals disgusting and dangerous.

So what are your thoughts?
