Jewish fundamentalist attempt at refuting Dawkins

It's a bit long, I know, but here is an article on a popular religious Jewish website. The author claims to have vindicated the "design" argument and to have disposed of Richard's arguments against "Design".

I would like to contribute an short rebuttal on the website and would like some suggestions, if possble.
