Chromosome 21 Downs Info Help

Hi all, I apologise for this is more an appeal for help than a discussion. I have a friend who is searching for detailed information on recent studies/developemts regarding Downs syndrome as her brother has Downs.

I pointed her to a few generic books on genes and gene studies, but her knowledge goes way beyond that (and even further beyond mine). I suggested she join RDF but she is a little reluctant as she is French (with excellent English) but also a "sort of" believer.

So I wondered if anyone out there could help point her in the right direction of material to read.

One would be most grateful.
