I heard President Obama's address on 11 September 2011 on the radio and was taken aback that the leader of a nation with a constitution that is supposed to separate state and religion used Psalm 46 as his opening words.
'God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble'...
Doess referring to God in such a sensitive occasion really help, when the perpetrators of this heinous crime were people who believed that a god, their god, would reward their actions?
