Help!

I'm a headteacher at a state primary school in London. We are about to receive our free Bible, which is being delightfully forwarded by [Education Secretary] Michael Gove.

I am apoplectic with rage that in these times of austerity the government is wasting 100s of thousands of pounds to send us a Bible. The whole rhetoric from Gove seems to be, ‘Well, I learnt that so everybody else should. I learnt about a mystical figure controlling the world, so the rest of you should too.’

I will be sending mine back but every one of my draft letters either becomes offensive or way too flippant. Could people give me some gems that I can include in the letter?
