If need be, so do it. I would only condemn those who preach hate. They can set up Islamic schools if they like, as long as my taxers don't pay for it. People are entitled to their own views, but the state should be separated from religion. 80% of the population, you sure?

I am a firm supporter of freedom of speech. I think the line needs to be drawn if a direct threat is made against an individual or if hatred is incited against a group. But yes, most of the time I am perfectly happy for people to make asses of themselves. It's great when somebody in the crowd heckles the preacher!
