Great stuff.
I also think it's worth mentioning that George Hrab from the Geologic Podcast has dedicated a song to each element. Chemistry suddenly got even more fun, hehe.

Well, I did my bit, hope it helps, along with all the other mail to stop this utter nonsense to pass as a law.
-------------------------------------
Dear Mr. Jindal.
As a Norwegian and concerned citizen of the world I'm appalled to see something that fits more as a punchline in a comedy club to be concidered law in your state.
I'm ofcource referring to SB 733. I hope you have the academic honesty to veto this bill and ensure that the children of your electorate get proper scientific education.
Quite frankly, if something like this was to emerge on the political arena in my country, there would be no end to the laughing, taunting and humiliation of those who proposed it. And quite frankly, so it should be in Louisiana as well. It is your job, no duty, as a governor to govern the people of Louisiana and ensure that the coming generations really can laugh at preposterous things like ID and the feeble attempts from advocates of pseudoscience and gobbledegook, such as the Discovery Institute to ooze their way into the educational system
Again, I emplore you to veto SB 733.
With great concern
Yngve

Hi Øystein!
Nice to se that you've reached the only logical conclusion about this dreary stuff that, in Norway, is a rather lukewarm version of christian beliefs.
Now, if you're interrested I can highly recommend some books by Ronnie Johanson, whata about a collection af ireverrent poems and a history of blasphemy? The latter one was quite an eye-opener as to what degree the church has oozed its way into society by violence, deceit, dishonesty and plain old crulety.

A wery nice performance, both by Paula and Richard.
As far as the voice goes, for me the roughness added quite helped to underline the points.
I was actually visiting Inverness last September and met a bunch of friendly people at a place called Hootananys whilst being persistant on tasting every beer they had there. Great fun, nice city but sadly they closed the bars too early. I blame the biblethumpers, hehe.
