1. Help Counter the New Atheist Crusade to 'Evangelize' America!

Comment #79468 by DC_Runner on October 17, 2007 at 10:45 am

I knew when I began to read this that it would end with a plea for money. Lo and behold, they did not disappoint. It's ALWAYS about money with these people. Specifically, "Give me money."

Fortunately, in this case, it's a voluntary tax on the stupid and gullible.

2. Christopher Hitchens and Bill Donohue on Mother Teresa

CJ22 -- If I recall correctly, Hitchens became a naturalized U.S. citizen a few months ago.

3. Anger over 'blasphemous' balls

Can the rioting be far behind? It's only a matter of time.

This sort of hair-trigger sensitivity speaks volumes.

4. Scarlet Letter Campaign Update: A Victory

Thanks _J_ for your research. This is very good satire indeed. I have to admit that I was fooled until I read the skinning cats story.

These people are so funny and so often over-the-top, it's hard to difficult to discern when the satire starts.

5. How could God allow 26 pilgrims to die in a crash?

Comment #58823 by DC_Runner on July 26, 2007 at 8:50 am

An interesting title: "How could God allow 26 pilgrims to die ..."

If this 'God' supposedly is all powerful, shouldn't the title be: "Why did God kill 26 pilgrims?"?

7. Red Mosque Fueled Islamic Fire in Young Women

So many millions of lives are being wasted on this lunacy. It's no wonder the predominantly Muslim countries are such basket cases.

Instead of living happy, productive lives, and contributing something positive to society, countless numbers of people spend their lives doing little more than reading poisonous, fictional books and talking to themselves (i.e., praying). These lives are utterly squandered.

Such a waste of human potential. Such a tragedy.

8. Why I Believe Anti-Evangelism Is Wrong

Comment #57400 by DC_Runner on July 19, 2007 at 7:45 am

It's funny, I've never had an atheist knock on my door and try to convince me not to believe in god. It sounds like roving bands of proselytizing atheists are common in Tyrone's neighborhood. Not so much in mine.

9. Interview with Ayaan Hirsi Ali

What an anti-American dick. Who the hell is Avi Lewis anyway?

Is anyone else surprised at how "yellow" West Virginia is?

11. Small, Yes, but Mighty: The Molecule Called Water

Comment #55216 by DC_Runner on July 10, 2007 at 9:13 am

Speaking of water ....

When God flooded the entire Earth and killed all of its inhabitants - except Noah, of course -- where did the water drain after it stopped raining?

And if you can answer that, please clarify what an atheist is to do when someone sneezes.

Thanks in advance.

12. Floods are judgment on society, say bishops

Is this man auditioning to move to the States and become a Southern Baptist? I'd say he's highly qualified.
