I quite enjoyed this, actually. It was interesting to see a Canadian discussion programme on this sort of topic (I haven't before - I'm a Scottish Londoner). I found myself getting very frustrated with the psychologist, who was establishing a great number of straw men, but I would have liked to have heard more from the Imam, who at least seemed well-read and fair.

I enjoyed this, and a huge grin broke out on my face when the principal Muslim guy admitted that the death penalty was the punishment for apostasy in Muslim countries and then said something like "but I don't see why that's relevant to the debate here". Oh don't you, son? I bet a million UK viewers disagree...
I would have loved to have heard more from the Hindu and Sikh chaps, though.

I shudder to think I could have been born American. The US is truly languishing in the dark ages. This video is no surprise of course, but to think - just to consider for a second - that no serious political candidate over there can hope to be elected to public office without spouting such utter nonsese, even if they don't believe in it!
Build up that &%!*ing wall, friends.
4. Religion is not incompatible with Science: 'Non-Overlapping Magisteria'

Science is concerned with examining what exists (in whatever form) and how it works. If one proposes that God exists (in whatever form), then by definition God falls within the remit of science.
