I now have a concern about all the buzz this movie is getting because of the incident.

I feel that it will bring more people to the movie and may, in the long run, assist in the movie's profitability.

It's essentially free advertising. Sure the film director might look bad, but he seems to be getting a lot of free press which might entice people who are completely against his cause (promoting creationism) to see the movie out of curiosity...hell...I know I'm itching to sneak in to see it!

I just don't want to pay to advance the cause...

This is sort of the way Paris Hilton and Eliot Spitzer's mistress became superstars.

Is 'Expelled' the new Paris Hilton? The thing we all love to hate, but can't take our eyes off of?

Yeah the movie is in post-production i.e. it's already been made.

But I agree with those who have commented about Bill Maher's new movie which is set to open in most theaters on Easter!

This guy was so annoying! I'm starting to become rather unsettled with the way we (atheists) are going about debating theologians.

Our arguments are ignored and the same things are always brought up (Mao, Hitler etc...). Also...they spout complete nonsense like "when I see you I see a spiritual being." There's no fucking response to that!

Also, the way the debates are set up to allow for trap questions set up the game unfairly because we are supposed to EXPLAIN EVERYTHING in order to disprove their gods...and this isn't the issue!
