In the US you can get Life of Brian on Netflix.

Last night we saw Eddie Izzard in Denver. His whole routine was on bashing god and promoting evolution. It reminded me of Python humor.

I'm really looking forward to all the books and publicity that will be coming out. I hope authors consider writing for younger audiences.

This is what I wrote:
Dear Governor Jindal,
Before you sign SB 733 please consider reading "Only a Theory: Evolution and the Battle for America's Soul" by Kenneth Miller. If this bill passes you should consider another one: requiring an atheist to teach their views at every Sunday School. The argument for Intelligent Design is to look at evolution in a critical manner. The same should be done in churches of all kinds. I urge you to please veto SB 733. I would love to believe in Louisiana. I don't want to see it take a step backward in to the dark ages.

This is scary. I'm a Middle School Librarian in Colorado. In our district we had a 6th grade science teacher publish a book about Intelligent Design. He ran a debate in his class where the winning team found that there is no link to humans and global warming. He is retired now.
