First they steal someone else's religion and rape it, now they "adopt" the Atheist campaign. No big shock, since when did the Christians stay where they should be.... in the closet.

Funny... I proudly declare that not only am I an atheist, but I also proceed to show people just how stupid, unfounded, and cruel their belief system actually is.

I guess I am just an asshole, or as a friend once put it, I am still an evangelical (I was raise by pentecostal ministers), it's just that I am now an evangelical theist.

I still hope Dawkins will debate this loser. Hitchens beat him in a measure of quipness, Dennet beat him with reasoned argument, Dawkins would destroy him with a combination of both.

Besides, I'd like to see him make the "biologists out of the lab" comment o Richard's face.

I think that D'Souza needs to be tested for methamphetamine. This guy is a Ted Haggard in the making for sure!

And Dennet didn't even have to beat him in this debate, he beat himself by shouting at everyone. Mr. Dawkins says don't debate them and they will go away. I disagree, debate them and let the world see how nuts they are.

This is my approach on the Religious. Personally I like the bible thumping true blue better than the wishy washy deist in Christian clothing. They are obviously insane and it advances the atheist argument without us having to do so.

Stem cells are still far more effective as we do not have to figure out how to 'switch them on'. It saddens me that things like THC and stem cells are being dogged so hard by the tooth fairy bunch.

THC has been used to safely erradicate large tumars on mice in Spain, and recently scientists grew back a removed piece of a mouses leg, basically doing what the religious claim god can do yet never does in modern day, help amputees.

I wonder if this new technology will in fact divert work from stem cell research cause it will be a less blocked road. Who knows, it might even be pushed by the ID type 'scientists' as a diversion tactic.

Makes me want to start a fund to relocate me back to Holland, after all I have every single one of my rights and health threatened by the Christians in the United states.

This is such a mixed bag of tricks. On one had I always thought non theists could never get behind a cause and am glad to see it, on the other hand it looks like you are all just running off a cliff. And yes, I know lemmings don't actually that.

Really, I think people (at least those of us who dissent) just wish real atheist news would be posted instead of asking us to fund someone's move to the States.

Come on people. Many of you are beginning to sound more like the theist camp than rationalists. Just because not everyone agrees on these points does not make anyones opinion less important.

Personally I find Nighttrippers comments dead on, or maybe it is my love of the Dutch biasing me.

It is quite simple in my view, she can go back to Holland, where she needs protection and will get it as a political refugee, or she can stay in the States where she does not need protection.

Personally I think she needs to return to Holland where the fight against not only the islamic right, but the christian right, both a minority are destroying that beautiful country that gave so much to the enlightenment movement.

I am of the camp who sees that these "new atheists" are doing a great service, but also make quite a bit more money than us commentators.

I also want to know why she chooses to work for an organization that is poisoning America and yet asking for our help in funding her protection.

I have lived in Holland, Amsterdam more precisely. I met a few muslim nuts there myself, and I had to clean house with one when he attacked me for giving my Allah, Yahweh , and Jesus are bullshit line.

I love Amsterdam so that my entire left forearm is tattooed with the Amsterdam flag. It is high time that Dutchies take back their own country. So have some balls my Dutch friends, I didn't get stabbed there, or maybe that is cause I am from LA and know how to deal with these cowards.

Ms. Ali is doing a great thing, but running away from Holland after Van Gogh was stabbed is cowardly in my opinion.

America has it's crazy Christians, and we are dealing with them, I suggest Europeans do the same and clean their own house.

I am sorry, but if a friend of mine was stabbed to death I would have something done, and I don't mean write a book.

Hitch does have this one thing right for sure. There is a fight brewing, and we non-belivers did not start it, but with all the brains we have on our side we should step up and fight back, not always just with our minds.

And no I wouldn't advocate beating up Christians or Jews, they don't attack anyone in the streets. Muslims do and they will as long as people run from them.
