1. Why Dawkins is right and his critics are wrong

Imagine if you were generally such a nasty character that you were considered a moral hero when you actually manage to withhold from debating children.
Besides Prof. Dawkins already had a child indoctrination session as recorded in the "Growing up in the Universe."

2. Bill Maher Making New Documentary Movie, 'Religulous'

This will certainly be an interesting project.
I wonder if he will tackle the faith of atheism.
The difficulty will be to take him seriously. After all, people excuse his unfathomable ignorance on the fact that "he is just a comedian."
I could see people committing the ad hominen based on the fact that even if religious faith is fallacious, if the alternative is to be like Maher then, "No thanks." Let's face it, he is certainly not the best, or even mediocre, example of anything that could even be imagined to be decent.
He thinks that incestuous pedophilia is hilarious (http://lifeanddoctrineatheism.blogspot.com/2008/03/bill-mahers-sad-anniversary.html), he rejoices when people such as Jerry Falwell dies (as did Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens: http://lifeanddoctrineatheism.blogspot.com/2008/02/quadripartite-equine-riders-were-just.html), etc., etc., etc.
Maher has two difficult mountains to climb: he is a clown trying to make a serious point and he is sadly of very, very poor character even while trying to belittle others.

3. THE FOUR HORSEMEN - Available Now on DVD!

I must admit at being wholly puzzled as to what this meant:

[CH] I didn't expect when I started off for my book tour to be as lucky as I was. I mean, Jerry Falwell died in my first week on the road. That was amazing.
[SH] Yes, that was amazing luck!

Can anyone, particularly with some authority within the foundation, elucidate?

Thank you for your time and attention.

4. Religion's Real Child Abuse

This is certainly a fascinating topic and I can very much empathize with many of the stories told here.
I also have similar experiences of being raise in sheer terror. I was raised by an atheist and an agnostic and I believed that when I died I would simply disappear, just altogether cease to be. This though was so terrifying that from my earliest childhood memory I recall crying to myself in utter despair.
This belief also made me horribly sad when, for example, my mother had to do something as menial as going to the market, what if she died before getting back home? I wanted my mommy. It was horrific I assure you.
I became so afraid of the dark that I used to tie a string around the light switch, then get in bed under my covers and finally pull the string in order to switch the lights off.
I recall that when I was 18 years old I was at work and had to run into the bathroom to lock myself in the toilet stall because I was so consumed with despair. Imagine, a man crying to himself like a little child.
Just thought that I would share my sad story.
