I agree that the purpose of the video is to pique enough interest so that the person takes the next opportunity to learn more. So it might have value.
It did annoy me that he spent so much of the 60 seconds trying to be cool.

After I saw the program I searched on line for the Discovery Institute and see if I could find their Wedge document. Here it is in all of its glory:

What strikes me the most, is that they feel that their research program can be completed in five years; that is, to explore paleontology and molecular biology to... what, prove that God exists? Not likely. Not many promising research lines over there. As usual our friends seek to find holes in Darwinian theory, not understanding, that the burden of proof for a magical explanation of the universe, is on their side.
