There is a difference between "scientific evidence" and, for instance, the kind of "evidence" that would "convince a jury."

John Lennox is certainly referring to the latter when he says there is plenty of evidence. He does not seem to comprehend that a scientist says "show me the data," and then examines the hypothesis to see how well it fits. Starting from an assumption (i.e. God exists), he says one may infer this, and then it follows that that is true, and from that it follows that something else is true. That appears to be his definition of "evidence."

Ignoring the fact that Mr. Lennox's initial assumption is untestable, the two men are talking about entirely different things.

2. Satellite shows Saturn moon might have rings

This picture appears without the caption "artist's depiction" from the original site. Flyby pictures are digital transmissions which get run through the computer over and over again in an attempt to enhance what are probably rather grainy black and white images. It might take years to examine enough of these "pictures" to make such a claim as "there appear to be rings around the moon Rhea."
