1. My quest to get de-baptised

I can't know what Danny's motivations for investigating this truly are, but one thing is for sure:
It doesn't *have* to be "grandstanding" as Bonzai so arrogantly declares.
The primary reason I opted out of the danish "Folkekirke" is that I despised whenever some priest, politician or theologian would try to argue some point by referring to the percent of the danish population that was supposedly "christian" by looking at the number of registered members.
Especially when that "point" was how uniquely christian Denmark is, or that the danish churchtax is permissible given the number of members it has.
I'm going to go ahead and Godwin myself but seriously, consider if your parents had signed you up for membership in some neo-nazi party, or the KKK, and people would argue for all sorts of crazy privileges in part because of your involuntary membership.
So yeah, thanks but no thanks for your attempt at describing what my motivations were. They're quite unwelcomed.
Yes, a record of you being baptized is merely a description of a historical event. Continued membership is *not*.

#8 Barry Pearson: That video could use it's own news entry. I think it's hilarious and well made, even if it misrepresents the status of ID-proponents.
I wonder if it's part of the expelled movie, "bowling for columbine"-style. Since they use the 'Expelled' logo in it. Then again, it's almost too funny to consider.
