5. Girl, 17, killed in Iraq for loving a British soldier

Comment #171565 by akado on April 28, 2008 at 3:12 pm

No al but what you are doing is pointless.
I will not condone in this sensless arguement no longer but no one hjas really said anything out of context till you put it as such.
the fact is that this man killed his daughter because oif culture which their culture is based ga good bit upon religion which allowed this man to walk away free and to him being that which he is as bunny put it.
basiclly a low human for even using this to kill his daughter.
muslims and americans wife and daughter murders might be about the same or varied I really do not know but the fact here is that he was seen inocent and allowed to comtinue living normal because of the culture and religious aspects of his lifre and country whcih is the hwole point of this article.
to show still that religion is filth, watse and barrier in our world and no one has said sanything to me that seemed needed to be taken hold to and argued upon except your out of place outburst in disageeing with them.....

Comment #165604 by akado on April 21, 2008 at 8:09 pm

the idea for an athiest church is one of the stupidiest thing I ever heard -_-;
and making creeds is worse as in what to think about!
we are free thinkers that want to ask questions and if told this is true and what we should hold dear it might as well be a religion!
it will end up like this lol
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VPz_DA0QDxc
though I am for the anti-theist name ^^
though here is what should(and hopefully ewill) happen.
we will get all those together that realize all religion is wrong and group tpogether for the one reason to raise awareness and promote reason to those kept from it
we are going to get all people that are not totally brainwashed the info about what religion really is especially with the internet now avialable.
and it will spread and spread
then we will get a mass majority of atheist to which something amazing will happen
we will no longer be atheist
we will be PEOPLE! =o
and not athesit
and no need for such an organized group anymore........

13. The Child Preachers

Comment #163663 by akado on April 18, 2008 at 6:19 pm

around here in the south stuff like this isn't exactly abnormal,
it's actually common to have kids come u- and preach for an indivisual church and they believe pretty much everything the child says as uyoung as age 6 as far as I have seen. =P

getting to the kids with religion is one of the sickest, twisted, and pure idiotic move by any community or parent in this world.........

18. Evolution fray attracts top scientist

Comment #162273 by akado on April 16, 2008 at 1:40 pm

Well Teratornis my educatuional restrictions not only were low on evolution but were excluded all together because it was dominated by christian ideology.
even the public schools around here are messed up so bad that in a history book about rome has a side note stating "This is around the time when jesus was crucified and then arised after three days".
My anger stems mainly from embarassment that I live in a bible belt state totally dominated by a fictional bible over any true science book.
My anger is quite under cointrol in arguements for I have had much practice in debates where I am the one eventually being yelled at ^-^

Prof. Dawkins is an excellent example to follow. But our opponent - unreason - is powerful and well-entrenched.

If it were only a matter of being right, science would have won the argument centuries ago. The idea of God doesn't go away quietly, because for many people there are powerful social and emotional reinforcers. The only way we are likely to "win" is not merely by being right, but by really understanding what motivates people to ignore reality.

I.e., we will never never transform our opponents into allies as long as they continue to amaze us.

There are more pout there willing to listen to reason they you may know so don't be too hasty saying such things.
and most of us knwo all too well what they are like since most of us were probly religious beforehand as well(though I became an atheist at a very youthful age by deciding to actually look up the history of the bible to be a really great christian with ironicly turned me atheist XD)

19. Evolution fray attracts top scientist

Comment #162177 by akado on April 16, 2008 at 9:19 am

This kind of thing just gets my blood boiling!

I am tired of this stupid debate in america.
I was annoyed while reading a book recently that because I wasn't taught about evolution very well I couldn';t fully grasp what it was saying!
I looked up injfo and found out but the point was that they withheld my education for their own beliefs against what I would have wanted and it caused an ignorance in me they just made me angry with them all!

something that was just.................ugh!
I can't stand it when people hold back teachings such as evolution or try to rule it out as just "theory".
I am getting sick of it!

When I become a fully acredited physicist I am going to try as much as I can to follow dawkins and fight back against religion and it's mental abuse on the worlds minds!

21. Inadequate, private and late apology with grotesquely inadequate excuse

Comment #159027 by akado on April 11, 2008 at 11:00 am

That's a sade excuse for such an outburst.
As it seems to say "people being killed is a reminder of all things evil as such atheist" in her mind.
It to me is more of an insult than an apology.

22. 'Expelled' ripped off Harvard's 'Inner Life of the Cell' animation

Comment #159001 by akado on April 11, 2008 at 10:16 am

What a shameful, underhanded, and just idiotic things these people display in their works!
Not only that they're trying to spread their ideolgy around like a virus, but also at the expense of others works.

Right after being caught of fruad by missleading some interviewees and then trying to keep them from seeing the first screenings which they initially failed at.

they truely are taking themselves down with their own stupidity =3

24. Richard Dawkins on The Big Questions

Comment #156940 by akado on April 8, 2008 at 12:17 pm

wow................

I can't believe how mosty of these people acted and got claps by what they said ._.

it really is depressing to me.
I give large kudos to richard!
for having to put up with these same questions everyday and explaining the same thing in a way they can understand and even through all that they still twist your words to try to work against him.

KUDOS RICHARD for all you out up with!

25. Get out of here, atheists!

Comment #156776 by akado on April 8, 2008 at 8:44 am

this is a real shame when atheist are put down so low in this country =/

I have recently begun speaking out where I live but the problem is that I live in a bible belt country so I have tons of people around me with this governers mindset so we'll see what happens with my already disciminatory job where all the really christina people get it easy
wonder what would happen to an atheist like myself?
either way I am going to speak out againt them and this governer all I can for my apparently " evil philosophy"

26. Happy Birthday, Richard Dawkins!
