And now for the much anticipated name calling! Thanks for making my point on evolving sheep...
Trolling for the catch of the day takes bait, yours of course, has left a bad taste in my mouth. TTFN, and really do try to sleep on it.
P.S. Keep those donations coming into the foundation, I hear Mr. Dawkins might have to pen a new best seller to explain away natural selection and higher intelligence from other planets. Yes, I would read it, then warm myself with it.

Defending the herd already! Bravo! And with such zeal and emotion...
Sorry, but my thoughts are from my brain and my brain only. I'm not stuck in a protected little circle of influence.
Let me see, something I learned from these two screenings. Oh yes, the affable Mr. Dawkins believes in Intelligent Design! And the scientific community, that is the good old boys club, has postulated a "molecules on the backs of crystals" theory. Weird, but that's what arrogance can lead to.
And on following the money, your emotions blinded you from my comment about searching deeper for the truth in this, well, world view debate.

Mr. Dawkins. How brave! A shameful attempt at explaining away your own words, and deeply held beliefs. For some, family is highly valued, sacred, and relevant to their own origin.
Are your own words also "lying propaganda"?
Just one more question. Will your next book, sorry best seller, explain just how your imaginary (aliens of higher intelligence)friends seeded our lovely planet?

To jonwes, or are you actually Richard Dawkins' ego? Any substance, or all hyperbole? Evolving animals on this blog, Dawkins sheep, articulate and typically have a rational point to argue, backed up of course by their hyped credentials. As far as stupidity will get anyone, your comments could only be summed up unsubstantiated.
After the 2 showings of the Expelled documentary I attended, numerous groups were gathered outside the theater in discussion about what they learned from it. The conversation was engaging!
Typical atheistic evolutionary temper tantrums and name calling are contained in your form of dialogue. Yet when you correctly state the proof is becoming more apparant every day, you have elevated yourself to the understanding of why the scientific community will stop at nothing to gag Intelligent Design and any scientist willing to put the topic on the table of ideas.
Mr. Dawkins and the like, are protecting at all costs a miserably failing hypothesis called natural selection. Follow the money. Then, and only then, will the truth set you free.

To Enlightenme #322..."the voracity of Richard and PZ's & others claims that they were hoodwinked into appearing in it" Since when did the overly confident Mr. Dawkins need his sheep to defend even a simple accusation. I was under the impression that anyone confident in their beliefs does not run from criticism. Wait, this was not criticism, just Mr. Dawkins being openly candid. I wonder if Mr. Dawkins feels a breeze in his emperor's new clothes. Expelled, or EXPOSED!

To markg..gee mark, we can now all be accomplished readers due to your brilliant tutelage. I've been studying the Dawkins delusion here far longer than the movie website being launched. Are you accusing me of copying one of Mr. Dawkins tactics? Commenting on literature I've never read? Painfully, Darwin's theoretical postulating of natural selection was required reading in college. My point, since you missed it, was in response to PZ Myers' assertion, "The idea of culling populations is not only so easy that a hate-mongering cretin can think of it..." PZ Myers was merely stating the what's obvious in his religion, that in the context of Darwinism and favoured races, this will somehow be the proof he needs to advance science beyond the evidence and the theory of life evolving, since presently no evidence exists.

To PZ Myers...On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life.
I just can't seem to get beyond the title, its intended meaning, and what it was ultimatley edited for.
When atheists argue that science is the ultimate authority but can only theorize what probably, might have, could have, indeed must have, and should have happened with millions and billions of years within the chemical soup, we are left to wonder how this religion is taught as fact and the other is expelled. And how many buckets of money are thrown away advancing these theories of evolutionary religion?

bachfiend...What elevated celebrity status have you attained by typing your thoughts on an atheistic web blog? What paranoia really leads you to believe that anyone will be watching what, or any movie theater you enter? Should you be caught will you be expelled from the movie and sent to your room?

To Goldy, "Think that's been done already..." The bait you swallowed was placed on the hook of knowing you wouldn't comment on the substance of the post. Where I gave too much credit in thought was to actually believe I'd be accused of plagiarism, too!
Mr. Dawkins could possibly need a new PR manager. Did he really need Bill Maher to puff him up? Pompous is as pompous does.

Enlightenme..."Could it be as much of an embarrassment as Expelled?" You speak of a documentary you have yet to see. Much akin to Dawkins and not reading his Bible. Perhaps you will post, after you actually see it, how much of an embarrassment it will be for atheist evolutionists finally getting their religion exposed in "Expelled, No Intelligence Allowed".

Francis Collins does not believe in the talking snake. Mr. Dawkins don't you think it should be a prerequisite to read a book before commenting on it? Genesis does not mention a talking snake. In the Hebrew the word "nachash" means a shining one. Not the modern English word serpent as it's used today. The nachash, or serpent, which beguiled Eve, is spoken of as "an angel of light" in verse 14. We have, in this, a clear intimation that it was not a snake, but a shining being, apparently an angel, to whom Eve paid great deference.
The willful ignorance of atheism exposed. And typical atheism, knowing nothing about the Bible yet speak as if you do.

Now that's a real forum for Richard Dawkins. Trying to hit softballs from a depressed, drugged out, hater of everything Bill Mah hahaha er. Mr. Maher could now be Mr. Dawkins imaginary friend. The setup, 1.5 million books as compared to what the 25 million books in circulation by Rick Warren? Do Maher and Dawkins have a "delusion" fetish? Well, off to pen an essay. Hmmm, The Dawkins Delusion perhaps...

Goldy, To be fair, I don't worship at the Dawkins alter. I believe him to be a very learned man, an interesting read, and well versed on his disbelief of design on this earth and in this seeable universe.

Goldy stated, "...what flood?
Grand canyon would be a good discussion. Very interesting. Not here, though - not the right pplace, I believe. So, you don't like athiest evolutionists? What sect - Wallacian or Darwinian? What are your views on religious evolutionists?" What flood? Nice try. Agreed that the Grand Canyon discussion would be more appropriate on another thread, but that's what I always get...The point was that an atheist evolutionist was so easily caught with his pants down simply by being outside his circle of influence, his comfort zone. Were you serious about religious evolutionists? What's the diff between a Darwinian/Wallacian evolutionist and a religious evolutionist?

Beth stated, "...the anti-science agenda." Huh? I started believing science had hope when the Coelacanth, "believed" to have been extinct for millions of years, did a dirty trick and showed up alive and well off the coast of Madagsacar. Now science calls them "living fossils". The only proof of being anti-science is to perpetuate lies to sell one's theories, I mean religion. Well, another 100 million years might help.

Mitchell Gilks stated..."I'm happy that this is stirring up such a shit storm. Hopefully the IDiots get caught in a flood and drown." Takes one to know one in a scat storm, eh? About that flood, should we discuss the Grand Canyon, or will that too be expelled? Drowning in laughter about sums up yet another atheist evolutionist getting caught with his pants down. He Tricked Me, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
