1. All aboard the atheist bus campaign

I love this message and I am positively overwhelmed by the response! Simply fantastic.
As for the message I support it as well. Its task to make people think and, perhaps most importantly, stimulate debate seems to be a huge success already. Looking at the list of newspapers covering the case on atheistcampaign.org that must be worth at least ten times that amount in PR!
Any marketing people here who want to make a rough estimate? :)

"Another reason to vote Libertarian. "
What I really miss in the US is a strong socially liberal, fiscally conservative party. This is obviously the favorable choice for many (if not most) of the educated parts of the population.
In most of Europe the center-right party is excactly this. I can imagine that both these wings (pro-business, socially liberal & anti-business, socially conservative) exists within the republican party. But I'd rather they'd split so my republican friends don't have to pander to christian conservatives just because of economic sensibility.

"Holsinger said that he would step down if pressured to put politics above science -- but only as a last resort after trying to educate policymakers on the science and forge a consensus. "
Looks like he'd rather stretch what he means with science?
6. PLEASE WRITE IN SUPPORT OF PZ MYERS

Dear Sirs,
I am writing on behalf of a student association here at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. It has come to our attention that a member of your faculty, PZ Myers, is under attack from religious groups due to a blog commentary on a religious incident.
As an association who holds your establishment clause close to heart and see true American secularism as a virtue the world should follow we sincerily hope you will aid Myers in this dispute and naturally expect you to disregard Donahues vile claims.
Best Regards,
