Its videos like this why atheists never get any repect. Because do to their overwhelming lack of morals, they take things too lightly. Even the creator of the Universe. How dispicable. Oh by the way...anyone want to answer the question as to why we're not giving birth to monkeys; or visa versa. Hmm, didnt think so.

He. Yea Poe's law applies here. Rafkin you must be a recent conversion to Atheism (I know we're not converted), because you took the hook line and sinker. I can't help myself. I concede.

Look at the trees, theres your evidence. Also flowers, new babies. People who get hit by cars and then get up. Lottery winners, Jesus coming back to show himself on toast, (or in my case in a bowl of alphabet soup: "Yo Jack, Jesus is real man!" My mother made me soup with punctuation.)
Umm what else....air wind fire water, everything. Except bad stuff, thats the devil. (we hate that guy)

"How do we know that the componets for a God dont exist? Who could assemble in a Universe, then start making Universes? It could be possible. We could be in one right?"
I think I just trumped the entire scientific community. That is how sharp the Christian mind can be. Don't forget Newton, Bohr, and Gallelio and Capericus were all Christian.

Yea well according to you guys ten billion years ago life didn't "exist" on this planet, nor the planet itself. But the componets for earth and the planet did exist correct?
How do we know that the componets for a God dont exist? Who could assemble in a Universe, then start making Universes? It could be possible. We could be in one right?
Ohhhh thats a good one, refute that!

"But then, why are you here? Trolling?"
Excuse me, but I'm not "trolling". I'm having a conversation, and since I havent resorted to namecalling, and you have, that might be a good indication that you might be backpeddling in your own arguement. I don't namecall or do personal attackt. Take a tip from your guy's Mentor, Mr. Dawkins.
"The most uncomfortable moment for an atheist is when he feels thankful for something in the world, his life, his love, but doesent know who to thank."

How about this:
If there are parallel Universes, an infinate amount, then there IS a Universe governed by the the God from the Bible correct? And it looks exactly like this one right?
Its atomically possible though isnt it? You will concede that right?

I can tell you guys about the evidence but its something you have to experience for youselves. I've been through the faith arguements. They get nowhere (trust me I know). We'll just have to agree to disagree.
Read the bible and have faith in your "faith". Things just makes sense. I can't explain it, but its more wonderful of a feeling than anything that I have ever experienced.

Rafkin, you refer to it as if he is somehow just "my" God. Its your God too. Just because you've convinced yourself otherwise doesent mean you wont suffer the consequences.
And yes, that child in Africa is suffering with Polio because of Eve. Just because reality hurts doesent mean its not true.

You are a troll. That's all. No wonder the shit you regurigitate sounds so stupid, illogical, and wrong. You're some kind of religious nutbag.

thewhitepearl,
In the end of your ramblings there you wrote: "Nice try at the rational life." So to talk to other people like that is rational? To de-humanize them and stomp on their beliefs. It hard to believe at first, but when I think of the moral framework that guides your life (none), I'm not the least bit surprised. There is salvation for you, wheather you are ready or in denial of it or not.
Following the teachings of the bible you might learn to have a little more respect for other peoples beliefs. And maybe, just maybe, you might find something that has been searching for YOU, since the beginning of time...6000 years ago.

How do you know that the universe doesn't cycle through big bangs?
First off, I noticed that when you guys take an excerpt from my previous posts and copy and paste in in your response; on the margin to the right there is a picture of an upside down pastor giving a sermon. I feel very offended at that picture. I don't think Richard Dawkins himself would approve of such disrespect twoards religion. As a matter of fact, I'm sure of it. And I've read all of his books. (I've also watched some videos of him, "Richard Dawkins stumped by creationist's question is my favorite. You have to admit, we definatly get some points for that.)
In response to the previous question: "How do you know that the universe doesn't cycle through big bangs?" I don't recall ever reading in the Bible or ELSEWHERE, that the Universe cycles through big bangs. I am assuming though that God probably has other Universes he has created, and its posts like those that probably make THIS particular Universe one of his least favorites.
I do however have respect for science. Curing Polio and smallpox, ebola and providing clean drinking water is wonderful. So you guys do get credid where credit is due. Definatly. Its nice that we can agree on some thing. (If not most, you guys will come around! LOL.)

"How do you know? It can't be from the bible as that presupposes the god of the Bible. You must have separate and independent knowledge of the this God and must have knowledge that the Bible is its word. Please provide this."
You ask all these questions, these require doubt right? I don't have questions, I have answers. You see how you dont know about the stuff I am talking about, and have to ask me this stuff? Once you become a Christian you can have the answeres for these atheists like yourself when you get confronted with these questions.

Mercy! I am just trying to have a discussion! Don't call people jackasses!!!! We can talk and come to resolutions about these topics, we just shouldn't try and hold our claims with the utmost conviction. Be loose with your beliefs. Once you convert to Christianity you realize that there was a reason you were liberal with your beliefs before. Now that I have truth, the ultimate truth, I can tighten the wench, and while I am entitled to converse, I cannot ever "change" my Christianity. It will always be there. Thats because I KNOW that I have the truth. You guys are unsure. I KNOW.
(Im really not trying to sound crazy you guys, Im just here to help you)

I love how you guys use natural cause to explain everything you know but once it doesent work you say: "Oh well I'm sure theres a natural explanation for that, its just because it might be beyond our realm of understaning, being that we're all just a bunch of big brained apes living in a Universe with perhaps no purpose, so if there is some sort of "devine plan", us figuring out the answeres to these questions might not be part of it. We might get hit by an asteroid tomorrow."
That sounds terribly arrogant to me. I know you guys aren't major sinners, like perhaps atheists (i assume you guys are mostly agnostic, leaning twoards Christian), but it sounds like quite an elaborite excuse just to make a few sins.

Now I know that everything isn't perfect in the bible, hence the name "apologetic"! I had a feeling that explaining this stuff to you guys would be much easier, I guess I was wrong. Maybe you guys aren't ready for the Christian community yet.

decius: You sound too idiotic to be true...
What you "hear", and what you call idiotic, is the voice of reason. Its so easy to realize when an atheist is being scientifically dishonest. You ask him where the big bang came from, and he doesent know. Another gap in knowledge just like the HUGE gaps in evolution. (I wont bring up evolution, because I know that you all are very sensitive about the enourmous gaps.)
My knowledge has no gaps. You guys work so hard on science when all of these answers are already before you, in the Bible. Not only as a Christian am I concerned, but as a fellow person, watching as my fellow man signs his life away for eternity into a fire down below. (You guys know what I'm talking about. That discomfort you feel right now while you think about hell can relieved by Jesus. DONT be afraid, lets talk about it. Or better, lets pray...

The blinding obvious question that NOBODY wants to talk about is this: Who created the BIG BANG!!! Who did it? It was obviously someone or "thing", look at this glorious Christian homo sapien typing away on his computer, me! What worries me is that you atheists can have this truth, and be on this high mountian top with me, just something as simple as faith. Its Gods gift, and there are no exchanges...

Hey guys. I wouldn't mind these videos so much if they wouldn't act so dismissive twoards religion. Weinberg in particular. He sometimes acts "all knowing" in regards to physics. I theink they should veer far away from a "Theory of everything". Its obvious that the reason that they havent found it is because maybe this creator (obviously a creator), want to keep a secret.
