navyjack95's comment is amusing if it is a parody. If it isn't a parody, then it is sad.
By the way, here are some Christians that want to see the world destroyed: http://www.endtime.com/

For some reason, the wise words of Paul Copan come to mind 'What then of the children? Death would be a mercy, as they would be ushered into the presence of God and spared the corrupting influences of a morally decadent culture.'

Bingo! He got his name calling points! Now he can claim that he was persecuted here after insulting and annoying everyone. Bravo! I predicted it, folks.

theonlything2fear,
Are you here to attack us or to engage in rational discourse?
Either you haven't read anything on this site, or you've willfully ignored it after reading it. Which is it?

I believe that theonlything2fear is here to bait us into insulting him so he can cry foul-play and continue to fuel his persecution complex.

theonlything2fear:
Does the Creation Institute pay you to post here?
I don't bother to use the umbrella name, as it clearly is the Creation Institute.

Dear theonlything2fear:
I've heard your rhetoric before, so I'm not convinced that these are original thoughts.
One of the games that Creationists/ID supporters seem to play is to do a hit and run with an annoying comment and then cry foul-play when an "Evolutionist" becomes irrate and frustrated with them. It is likely something that you've learned from the Creation Institute or one of its "Sheep".
So, might you share with us what you learned from these two screenings?
Further, how does Intelligent Design describe the human brain and illnesses such as schizophrenia?

CShepGuy:
It seems that the only people giving it positive reviews are conservative Christian nationalists.
At the present, the folks at http://www.endtime.com/ are too concerned with selling their own propaganda to care about Expelled.

I just made the mistake of actually reading a page of the Discovery Institute's Website.
I can't help but wonder what cruel methods of indoctrination the past generation of Creationist kids were put through. If the methods employed in this film show anything, it is that these people are very calculating in their manipulations of the minds of children. And yet, when they are confronted with evidence, it is as if the internal parent in their mind is signing a permission slip so that they can be excused from the room. If anything, it isn't just a matter of intelligence. It seems to be more about mental abuse.
Anyhow, these people need an empathetic shrink. I can't help but wonder if an application of Transactional Analysis could explain all of the games Creationists play.

"He happened to choose the theory proposed by the Scottish chemist Graham Cairns-Smith, that organic life was preceded by a strange and intriguing world of replicating patterns on the surfaces of crystals in inorganic clays."
I find it amusing that Ben Stein mocks this, but promotes Intelligent Design. The synthesis of organic life from silicate clays has more in common with the Biblical account of Genesis than Intelligent Design does. Ben Stein must not believe in a literal interpration of the Book of Genesis. Someone should point this out to his fanbase.
