Of course he (Collins) seemed more self-assured and gentlemanly in his interpersonal style. He didn't ever have to worry about providing any actual evidence for anything and could just make up anything as he went along to explain away any objections in the subject matter.

Amazing, thru the whole debate Hovind kept saying "nobody has actually see a dog make a non-dog.." and on and on with "nobody actually saw x do y"..
And yet, he's perfectly okay with the fact that nobody ever saw the Creator create the universe. Does Hovind have some 7,000 year old witness he's going to reveal someday?
Plus, if he doesn't believe in "time as god" which means time has no control over him, why does he keep getting older? Say!! Maybe Hovind is actually secretly 7,000 years old and is thus immortal!
