We do not take him seriously. We are just fucking with him. The more he writes the dumber he sounds.

Great! If you don't have any experience and are uneducated, you will fit right in. I find this highly likely.

All he would have to do to change my mind is convince me that Sarah Palin is not a complete moron. He has not done this yet, but maybe if he can come up with any evidence that she is not a complete moron then maybe I will see where he is coming from.

"a man who went to school for business or a man who runs a business?"

Well that depends actually.

Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter were not retards like Palin clearly is.

He was not friends with him, this has been proven many times. The guy lived by Obama in Chicago. They were both involved in politics in Chicago. They were acquintances with no contact between each other in years.

This is fucking ridiculous. You are wrong here. Smear campaign.

Wrong, we have been over this.

"is friends with terrorists"

Wrong, we have been over this. This is an OBVIOUS smear campaign. If you can't see that, then...

You keep saying the same lies over and over again. That is why you are compared to a fundie.

So much for, "just my opinion"

Here is a hint dipshit.

Palin went to one of these bad public universities you speak of. Idaho State(undergrad).

Obama went to two of these wonderful private universities, Columbia(undergrad) and Harvard(grad.).

You are "to" much fun.

You are forgetting that not everyone can, or even should go to Harvard or other very elite schools. We need public schools for people who just want to get a degree and start working. People who don't care much about education. People who just get a bachelors degree and that's it.

For these people we have public schools like Idaho State University. Oh yeah, who went there?

Sorry I don't consider being mayor of Wasilla (population at the time, 5000) as experience for a VP candidate.

Obama does have much more education and experience. That's 10 years plus much more education.

If you choose to ignore it then I would not remove your head from your ass because if you do you will find the following.

Watch the Katie couric interview.
Palins 17 year old daughter is pregnant.
She graduated from Idaho State.
She wants to drill in ANWR.
She is a creationist who thinks she is doing gods will.
She got somone fired for personal reasons.
She inquired about banning books.
Her church is holding a "pray away the gay" event.

Your position is that Palin is a good choice for VP.

That is what I am arguing against. No one brought up Obama. I am trying to show that Palin is a very bad choice for VP. I believe I have done this easily, as have others.

You continue to say she is a good choice and that is why people think you are dumb.

Those are not examples. You said it, I figured you had some examples to back it up but apparently not.

"Again, that is my fault. I keep forgetting you people take everything so dam literally."

Yes I take it literally. These statements do nothing for your argument unless you have some kind of objective proof for them.

"I like how she has taken on her own party and governed in a non-partisan way and help ring some reform to her state. I like how she has taken on the oil companies and is not afraid to take on big corporations."

I keep hearing this. Can you give any examples of how she did this? I know she said this but, just like you, you can't just say things and act like they are true with no evidence.

For example:

"Clinton was a governor, was he like that to? So was Carter and Reagan. John Edwards was only a senator for 2 years before he was choosen as VP. Why wasn't all of this brought up with them? Oh thats right, they are democrats so its ok for them."

This is just plain stupid. I am not going to go do wikipedia research for you again. Feel free to compare and contrast the education and experience of all of the people you listed to Sarah Palins education and experience. It's obvious that Clinton had WAY more, Edwaards had way more also. You can't just say things and hope they are true.

So what you're saying is, you don't care if people ban books?

288. Palin: average isn't good enough

Comment #259754 by righton on October 3, 2008 at 8:42 pm

Ah, im back. Just got home from the longest work week ever!!!

H4D,

Two very good points.

If a democratic VP had basically a newborn, the republicans would be outraged that her child would not be taken care of properly because her mom was too busy with her more than full time job as VP. They would beat the "family values" drum, to death.

Also, going back through Darwins pitbulls remarks. I am really surprised that he could even claim to be a rational supporter of anything. He went from topic to topic on a beligerant rant. Mostly siting all of the headline, obvious political rhetoric stories, many of which were easily shown to be false. I corrected DP using wiki three times, on simple facts. Amazing!!! DP clearly hates Obama and is nothing close to rational.

Obama was only rhetorical friends with those people.

If you want to just bring up all the bad things then ok.

This works both ways bud.

Oh and you didnt win. You can't win this debate.

You have gone off on so many different topics but your main point was that Sarah Palin is qualified for VP and it is very clear that she is not.

Do you even know how this rumor started that she tried to ban books? It started because someone sent an email to news agencies saying she did. The funny thing is that people actually reported on that, without finding out if its true."

Then wrote:

"Well ABC news said that what Palin asked was a "rhetorical question" and that she did not ask for any books to be banned."
