Evolution depends on an old Earth, we have no first hand knowledge of an old Earth.Indeed. Perhaps others here can point you towards reliable dating mechanisms for the earth. All point to approx 4.5 billion years.
Steve gave me a glimmer of hope that I could come here seeking answers, but his origin theory lacks "the missing link" of micro evolution transcending into the fabled macro evolution. This is trivial. Macroevolution is an accumulation of many microevolutionary steps. Akin to how can a man walk 100 miles? Easy - one step at a time
We can make a dog that looks like a cat, we can make a cat that looks like a dog. We cannot, even in a test tube, make a cat-dogWhat? Now you're heading in the wrong direction. Have a look at the common ancestor(s) of these two species, look at the mutations that occured in one direction or another to finally create a cat or dog after millions of years.

Others here may see it differently, but the question being asked was 'what's your question?'.
The ts & yo method thereby appears valid. Our new found friend is now asking questions. The ts & yo method worked, in this case.

I would propound that god is the most complex answer you can give to any question.
You first have to prove that god exists.
Actually, yes, you have to show that:
a)The universe was created.
b) It was created by an omnipotent, omniscient, omnibenevolent dictatorial creature ( you choose call this creature god).
c) This creature popped into existence from nothing - but knowing everything - and is able to do everything.
d) This creature still has an active interest in this universe.
e) This creature is the same one that a particular group of primitive animal sacrificers 3,000 years ago beieved in, and not the god a different tribe believed in, say, 4,500 years ago (or even 1,500 years ago)
Play that ball, guv'nor.

- But, er

Surely god is trying to bring about about a world without turmoil, strife or internicine warfare etc. A world with no nations (or only one), where the people are one, and all worship the great leader. One country, one people, one leader. Or, in German, 'Ein Reich, ein Volk, ein Fuhrer.' A nice bloke, deep down. Just misunderstood by those that don't know him.

Put them on the back foot. Bowl straight questions at them. Ignore their spin - or point out to them it takes them in the wrong direction.

Having read the ignorant tripe you have spewed on this thread, and thereby having a reasonable understanding of your level of delusion, wilful ignorance and crass stupidity, I have reached a conclusion about you - one that I will share with you later.
Anyone who justifies the mass murder of young children is vile. Period.
I will be good enough to answer one of your questions directly:
So am I living in a dream world with my marshmallow God?Worse than that. You try to push your craven imbecility on others. I bet your kids luuuurve Jesus. Do they hate you, like he tells them to?
"If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brothers and sisters, and besides, even his own life, he cannot be My disciple." Luke 14:26Oh, my conclusion?
