An update from Roger Bingham at The Science Network: On the buffering/streaming issue, we are acutely aware of the difficulties that some of your viewers are experiencing and are actively addressing it. We are also in the process of creating a long-overdue library of mp3s and are re-visiting the question of whether or not to offer hi-rez and low-rez versions of the videos - something we used to do at our inception. I'm obviously delighted that the conversations are so highly regarded and we totally get the urgent need to make the delivery more user-friendly. Please bear with us while we solve the problems.
