There are such things as psychic attacks. I live in a house that was haunted, and I removed the spirit by spraying sage reiki spray in every corner and thoroughly cleaning the house. I also use the spray on my body and or eyelids to get rid of nightmares. I would suggest saging your home, using a crystal such as moldavite or kyanite, and doing some light meditations. Good luck!
