Activity

Lets not forget about the sense of  communities and belonging that religions anchor.  I have a low opinion of religions, but I got to sit in on a few Unitarian Church services a few years back – fortunately they aren’t holy roller, simple country people believing in old time religion.  God was to shine through them, and they weren’t busy attacking others.  Sweet kind people too, and given my bona fides (was dating their minister-ess for a few months ) I was warmly welcomed into their fold and was impressed with the humanity all the way around.

I’m very glad it happened, since it does temper my anger when thinking of  all the hideous outcomes evangelicals have forced onto us.  Faith-blinded to any “truth” but their own greedy desires (their Satanic Prosperity Doctrine) and wanton disregard for physical facts of life,  being head of the list.
