What is this “informed and engaged citizenry” you speak of?  You mean unicorns?

Unicorns never existed.  The First Amendment of America’s Constitution reads,

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

And in this case my full quote is required to make any sense of it.

A healthy democracy requires an informed and engaged citizenry !
