    Bob:  Wow, even though we don’t see dark matter, we draw conclusions about it.  Maybe I should have used woo, not wow.

    Based on effects we can observe.

    If dark matter were huddled within Black Holes, does it reason that observed effects would be quite difference from what’s actually being observed?
