Tim I’m batting two for two.  On one side a life long Lakers fans with last weeks happenings.  On the other, my son-in-law is a life long BIG KC fan.  He had a couple friends over, I was able to wear one of his KC jerseys for the big game,.

KC starts strong with a score.  In the 2nd quarter, SF comes back.   During a close up of QB Mahones’ face, I saw fear, couple plays later saw it again with irritation.  I was thinking oh boy that’s that for them.  Early in the third, our host made us all take off the Jersey.  Guess it’s a superstition thing, and guess it worked, because the team was shamed into stepping up their game, and step it up they did.

And damned if the QB closeups now showed a composed focused guy.  Guess that’s what makes the great ones, ability to pull it together and come back and focus on the problem at hand.

It was a good game.  Half-time made me gage, now don’t get me wrong, I love woman, and I love sexy, but that, what was that?

When I think of the mega media event the Super Bowl has become, the commercials and what’s been gone down in Miami this past week,

This is the best America has to offer?  Is this all Americas are craving anymore, and can never seem to get enough. But, it’s all bling and farts.

It’s like no wonder America is going to hell and why we have a cartoon character as our president – apparently its what we deserve.  No wonder we turn out sad lost souls like X.

It’s like why do I even care about anything beyond my reach.  Oh yeah, I’m an Earth Centrist and this feeling of yuck will also pass, I’ve got my gal and a wonderful baby grandson and a baby library district to worry about, why worry about the world going to hell, get back to today.

Well Tim, more than you asked for, I imagine.   It was an enjoyable well played fun game, and I’m glad for being here with my new crew for it.  😉
