@write4u Itâs a fascinating talk, trust me.
Indeed, this video is a great summary to the basic mechanics of perception.
My question from above is about the point this mechanism does work in a way it isn’t fully reliable anymore. Not only restrictet to sensory perception and its immediate “first level” processing but also the later overall c…[Read more]

In the best way I have only a brief overview about medical psychology so please bear with me if i put it simple. very simple.
If a person beliefs so strongly in anyhing that it dismisses everything contradictory in order to secure their own belief in which their mental/psychological bedrock is interwoven to, and that to an extend that everithing…[Read more]

Fun little quick answer.
article above – “… Good question. We don’t know.”
Something we don’t know yet is something we can learn.
But, doesn’t have the value of maximum effect-transport-velocity = lightspeed a background behind it, something that causes it to be the value we know?

We canât say that spacetime exists in all the universe as we know it here. So unless you are only referring to light moving here in this solar system and area, you cannot talk about a speed for light. No one has gone out to the far universe to experience light moving there. We do not even know that time as we know it here exists out there! – d…

Why is the speed of light the speed it is?
The speed of light is the velocity everything travels at through spacetime. Splited between space and time if you increase speed through space you reduce speed through time and vice versa.
But why 299’792’458 m/s and not less or more? I’m not asking about the formula behind it. What I ask is why has…[Read more]

“Treat others how you want to be treated”
This is seen as the golden rule, and it is most of the time. -morganI think this is a adequate rule of the thumb, like you shown can it be vague. The more precise of an action the ethic has to describe/guide the more difficulty it gets to define it. Thats why I prefer to leave the ethical definition in a…[Read more]

Youâre missing the point that this CO2 is not ânormalâ at all. Sequestered CO2 (oil, coal) was formed 2.7 billion years from excess CO2, deep in the…

Yes, but unlike other natural consumers, human waste is not returned to the earth as potential fertilizer for new consumption, i.e. renewable resource.-write4u
Not on its own, it has to be recycled.
Human waste is often is toxic and harmful to the environment. Example; extracting sequestered CO2 from the earth and sowing it the atmosphere.-w

@Mriana Indeed that generally is was would and did happen. In the case of having some crazy evil “genius” overtake the country there are three main options to choose from. Jump on the train, dodge the train, get under the train. From every of those stanpoints is a unique possibility to stop/sabutage the train or pushing it on.

Extra-dimensional. -mrmhead
@mrmhead You mean like we and our environment exist in more dimensions than we can perceive and the UFOs are phenomena occurring from these extra dimension(s)? Interesting thing. How can we describe, understand, grasp dimensions we are not aware of because of… why are we actual not aware of these extra dimensions?
