Right away I’m seeing the same kind of misleading language

This is what I was saying earlier about how you seem to think all the current science on the origin of the universe is a waste. When I try to talk to you about what is going on, you dismiss it as ā€œmisleadingā€. We can’t talk about science if you are going to do that. You have to say why it’s misleading and why you think generations of scientists and their supporters have been misled in this direction. Earlier, you said,

First nothing I’ve said so far to my knowledge anyway amounts to claiming science is a waste of time so please do not accuse me of saying that. Second I have not said that scientific theories are impossible nor have I critiqued any particular theory so again this is a strawman reply.

So, let’s not repeat that. You also keep saying that thing about science is all about the physical. I get that you think that. No need to repeat.

As for ā€œnothingā€, what I understand is, they are talking about the non-existence of spacetime which is what holds matter together and was at the beginning of the Big Bang. It’s not the physical universe that you keep saying is the only thing science can talk about. Sorry you’re not comfortable with the words, but we are discovering forces we can’t observe and things that are difficult to conceive.

The question is not, ā€œis the theory provenā€, the question was, ā€œare there theoriesā€. Sorry, I’m going to defer to the scientists for the validity of the theories, not you.
