We really need an IQ test and psychological evaluation to be mandatory to be president.

And who would create and administer that test? It would have to be a group with oversight, ultimately the will of the people, supported by a press that helped keep us informed. Oh wait, that’s the system that’s not working! Nothing personal Wid, that’s the same response I give every time I see that idea. Pretty sure, and supported with data, if more people voted, these problems would go away. The ideas of The Enlightenment are easily accepted to someone who is willing to do some basic education and self reflection, that’s been going on across cultures for centuries now. But that work was never finished and the missing pieces are exploited by people with lots of money.
