you are recovering from the toxic effects of religion and church indoctrination. It’s usually the case that when people have a 100 percent certainty about such matters they’re under the sway of stifling, mind numbing religious orthodoxy.

Not to butt in, but I don’t see this as a productive way to go when talking about someone specifically. I think the whole world has been under the sway of mind numbing religious orthodoxy. We are starting to uncover how that sway was in some ways good for societies, they were short cuts to controlling the problems that are encountered as we transitioned from small tribes to farmers and cities, but the mind numb-ers are not really participating in that research. A few nod their heads and say that their religion has some similarities to some other religion, but they aren’t about to give up their gods without a fight.
