Mriana – Listening to science would fix a lot of todayās problems in the U.S. and COVID-19 is a prime example.
A very bad example. COVID-19 is a textbook reason in the making of why not to listen or trust scientists. Today there are 4.2 million reasons not to trust COVID-19 scientists.

MikeYohe replied to the topic Who is āGodā ? in the forum Religion and Secularism 3 years, 5 months ago
God may be a human concept. But that does not answer anything.
What is the reason for the concept?
History tells us that āGodā came from science.
History shows us that it followed the same path in history as pre-history items like āThe Spiritā, and āReincarnationā.
Basically, human traits.
The Spirit was around first. It was your soul. Then…[Read more]

CC,
All the predictions that have come true are only on one side. I talked about the GSM and what the climate would be years ago. And it is happening just as predicted. That is real science being proven. What are your predictions. I ask you for your predictions years ago. You will not make any predictions. The predictions that have been made are…[Read more]

DJ, my personal viewpoint of Liz.
Liz only got elected because she said she would protect the oil, coal, and gas production in Wyoming. Which is understandable. And good.
But as anyone with two cents of knowledge about Exxon, Rosneft and Eni and how Clinton stole the mineral rights of the Ukraine Russian farmers then got Ukraine to package them…[Read more]

Write4U, Not sure we are on the same line of thought here. Do not understand Secular moral laws. Was talking about History’s Rules of Laws. And history has shown that those laws are only as good as the morals of the people using those laws. Better morals would fix a lot of todays problems in America is the idea. You can have a religion without morals. And we are living in a time when we are watching the results of the major breakup of religions functioning as the governmental services for the civilization. I was playing with the idea that Ghandiās sayings were more in line with what morals of a Progressive Religion should be like. Or does there have to be morals in a Progressive Religion. I was using Ghandi viewpoint as one side of that question.
