Perhaps the most obvious place is Albuquerque NM, USA.  There 32 week old healthy in utero human beings are electively  killed and disposed of as medical waste.

That is quite illegal in most states, but not in NM.

Star it seems to me you are trying to give the fetus citizen rights. Is that correct? Under what legal grounds? Or is this a moral debate?

Most states already have fetal homicide laws as well as restrictions on abortions that vary state to state, but can begin as low as 20 weeks and remain constitutional according to current SCOTUS rulings.

The debate has many aspects, legal, moral, medical, scientific.

Why do we have to have the same viewpoint on abortion across the all the land? If the people in one state does not want abortion and the people in another state wants abortion.

That’s what people said about slavery, Jim Crow, and civil rights of many sorts.

No.  Part of the role of the federal government is to defend the defenseless in those states where the tyranny of the majority has run amok.

Leave the Federal government out of the religious battles.

Human life is not a religious issue, it is a humanistic materialist issue.

Further, it is the proper role of the federal government to keep religion out of government, all government, not just federal government, because our secular federal constitution is supreme to all law at every level in every state.
