Of course not, nobody has, it has been a fundamental unsolved riddle for millennia and remains so.

No, the universe is material and functions materially.  Human beings think of abstractions to approximately describe those material processes.

Material self organizes, why, nobody really knows, but material manifestly does have interactive properties such that it does self organize.

Mathematical functions do not self organize because they are abstractions and are not existent things, merely an aspect of transitory brain processes.

There is no proven mathematical processing of physical information.  Material progresses with regularity by virtue of its structural properties, why, nobody knows, but manifestly it does.  In principle it seems that these progressions ought to be describable mathematically, although no true mathematical descriptions are presently available.  All we presently have are approximations that are considered valid under certain circumstances to some degree of accuracy that seem to track some as yet undiscovered truth of material reality within an apparently narrow error band over a wide range of conditions, hence being considered valid to that extent.
