Except they aren’t fundamental.

 Tegmark maintains that we need only 32 numbers (relative values) and a few dozen equations to describe everything! I agree.

Hilarious.  Tegmark does not have a TOE, nobody does

And if all that works so well what and where are the missing parts?

That is the holy grail of modern physics.  We are not there yet and it may very well be that fundamental limits will forever prevent us from getting there, or maybe, time may tell, or not, nobody knows and there is no finish in sight.
